Home Prices Rising #2. Even nationwide, prices are up. Look at the swing since December 2011 on the attached chart! What does it mean? For buyers, you probably missed the bottom, but now is still a great time to purchase since increases may continue. For sellers, prices up means higher demand. Good time to sell!
